Exterior painting is all about protection. Our primary objective is to shield your home from the bombardment of degrading weather conditions present in the northeast (of course we make it look good too).
It all starts with cleaning. We wash exterior surfaces thoroughly to remove all contaminants and eliminate mold and mildew. All loose paint must be removed and any bare wood or tannin stained surface must be primed with a high quality stain blocking primer. Then we caulk extensively to make your house as watertight as possible, being careful not to create a situation where water can become dammed.
After all the prep work is completed we apply no less than two coats of high quality 100% acrylic latex paint. We are sticklers when it comes to exterior products. We only use high quality Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints.
We take great pride in our work and it is critical to our reputation that your paint job looks great and lasts as long as possible.
